Common Mistakes in Customer Service

In my idea services means   activity to make the needs of others, Involved in the facilitation. Ability to make other or clients satisfy.

Service mistake:
Staff training has been inadequate, say no politely, aggression.
How to work incorrectly.
Communications error between employees and customers.
Conflicts of employees with customers.
Tools provide insufficient information.
Accessories don't efficiency.

To improve the service:
The service should the expression dress better, smiling face, tender, the flattering, polite, speak clearly, respectful manner.
Process to the customer is right and proper, so that they can receive benefit, for meet the most of customers need. They will be impressed and satisfy

Service is  provide assistance or benefits to the customer, good service that make customers will be impressed and praised the organization.
